Flat Fees
A predictable, fixed fee for your legal matter.Once we have discussed your matter in detail and scoped out the extent of our engagement, we can provide you with a flat rate fee for your matter. You get the legal representation you need without the concern of runaway legal bills. We will not exceed the quoted flat rate for the scope of our engagement.
Block Fees
Pay as you play.Similar to flat fees, except that you pay agreed upon fixed legal fees for particular activities or at specific stages of your matter. Under this model, it’s the individual events of your case that are quantified rather than the time spent working on them.
Contingency
Our fees are paid only if and when there is a recovery on your matter.A contingency fee is an arrangement whereby our fee is a percentage of the monetary award that you recover at the conclusion of your case. For example, if we agree on a 25% contingency fee and you recover $1 million, then our fee will be $250,000. If you recover nothing, then our fee is nothing.
Hourly Rates
For when you prefer that we bill you by the hour.Even though we believe that the billable hour is generally not the best way for you to pay for legal services, we aren’t so headstrong as to not accept that there are certain cases where an hourly rate fee arrangement is the only way to go. Especially if that is what you prefer.
Success Fee
A lower hourly rate with a bonus paid on successful completion of the matter.A success fee is similar to a contingency fee arrangement; but, in this case, you will pay a reduced portion of our legal fees upfront and throughout your case while withholding a portion and keeping it contingent on the success of your case.
